FELS runs peace building activities that builds community cohesion and support systems for vulnerable populations.
Conflict sensitivity underpins the design and implementation of our activities and guides the behavior of our staff. All FELS employees have the necessary resources and support to walk the talk effectively. Facilitate access to essential services and resources for children, youth, women, and persons with disabilities.
Our conflict resolution measures ensures that all actors in conflict-affected situations do not inadvertently increase existing socio-political tensions. We acknowledge that by working in a conflict-affected context, we become part of its dynamics.
Therefore, we systematically analyze potential unintended side effects and the risks of doing harm through our work.
